Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.Do not email us for sizing preferences, changed minds, or anything unrelated.

CHARGEBACKS / SCAMMING

False chargebacks and scam attempts will result in a permanent ban from SPL.

All orders are shipped with time-stamped tracking, packing proof, and delivery confirmation.

Fraud will be reported.
